This 2- day 16 hour course is designed to provide your trainer/supervisor the knowledge in safe operation for Fall Arrest Equipment and Protection.  Topics covered include equipment & work-site inspections, applicable OSHA regulations, operator restraint devices, adult learning and comprehension theory.  The course will leave your designated competent person with the training and instruction knowledge to train employees in the safe and compliant fall protection methods as mandated by OSHA and the various standards bodies that develop the best practices for prevention of falls on the job.
